Homemade gluten-free challah loaves with raisins! Round 1.07 lb loaf. Usually Frozen. If you are ordering for a Friday we default to giving a fresh loaf if available, if you prefer a frozen loaf let us know in the comment box.
Defrost overnight in refrigerator or leave out for a few hours. Wrap in foil and warm in oven if desired before serving. Stores best in refrigerator. Can also be sliced and frozen again, then toast slices as necessary.
Ingredients: Egg, Organic Chickpea Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Honey, Water, Zero Acre oil, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Sorghum Flour, Organic Coconut Cream Powder, Raisins, Less Than 2% Of: Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Organic Sugar, Salt.
